Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to process cancellations as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

After 12 Hours

If more than 12 hours have passed since placing your order, it may already be in processing or transit. In this case, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, you may still be eligible for a return once your order has been delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at:

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect


Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:

  • processed

  • shipped

  • or fulfilled

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
